Special Bulletin: Graduation, A Beginning Not an End
I cried when I saw my first born march in to Pomp and Circumstance. They were tears of joy. As she passed by, I called to her, “I love you. I am proud of you.” What more could a parent say to the child who has grown into a wonderful woman?
It wasn’t always easy, but good things rarely are. Time has given her maturity. Life experiences have given her wisdom. A family and the weight of the world have given her responsibility. Taking on the challenge of higher education never comes too late.
Congratulations, darling daughter. Seeing you graduate fulfilled one of your father’s and my dreams for you. You truly light up our lives. May your life be everything you so richly deserve. Your father and I wish you every success. You are the best, and you deserve the best.
