I love soup. Nothing beats a hot cup or bowl on a chilly day. But the time good homemade soup takes to simmer isn’t always convenient for this on-the-go traveler. I remember when I was little eating canned soups. The big joke back then was, “Did the cook only dip the chicken into the broth?” It sure tasted watery.
