O. N. E. Coconut Water Review And Giveaway

One Coconut Waters

Oahu’s Breakfast Lunch and Crab, the North Shore’s Aloha shrimp and prawns, the beachside fresh fruit stands provided food for the body and food for the soul. With 5,000 miles separating native fair, Sam Choy’s, roadside stands, and me partaking of such treats is problematic as I live in New Jersey not Hawaii.

I especially enjoy icy fresh coconut water. Served with a hole drilled in its own shell, it is authentic Hawaiian fare. I can’t think of anything healthier or more refreshing on a hot day. Its natural sugars make it a tasty, low-calorie beverage. Am I glad that I found a new product, 100% natural and organic O. N. E. Coconut Water! It is almost as good as coconut straight from the tree.

It hydrates. It replaces calcium, sodium, phosphorous, magnesium, and potassium electrolytes It is the perfect drink for pregnant and nursing mothers, kids, athletes, seniors, people dehydrated by medication, illness, or alcohol, as well as just plain thirsty people like me.

Describe O. N. E. as 11.2 fluid ounces of 100% natural, fat free coconut water–that is it with nothing else packed inside its eco-friendly aseptic container. Nutritional facts per serving: 60 calories, 15 grams fiber, and 1 gram protein. This product is available in stores of mass food market retailers like Whole Foods, Publix, Kroger, and Trader Joe’s as well as on line. O.N.E. offers several different products including O.N. E. Coconut Water, O.N.E. Kids, O.N.E. with a splash (flavored), and O.N.E. Active. Pricing varies.
