It’s been quite a journey for me since January ’09 when I decided my excess poundage had to go. How did I accomplish my weight loss? One step at a time. Conscious decision came first. Next came medical intervention and surgery. Then a nutritionist helped me develop the food plan and supplements (protein, not weight loss supplements) necessary for me to stay healthy yet lose weight. I am now 90 pounds less than I was when I topped the scales at 250.
