Be It Ever So Humble, There’s No Place Like Home

Steel Garage

I will never forget traveling across America with hubby and my youngest two by car. ?Vacations were a big field trip – natural wonders, national parks, museums, and the unforgettable Indian reservations. ? When we stopped at one on ?our journey Westward ho, I heard the two of them whispering, “Just look at them.? I’ve seen steel garages that are better than these houses. ?How can they live this way?” ?Hm, wisdom from the mouths of babes.

  1. Would love to have one of those Steel Garage in my yard.. eliminate a lot of clutter in the garage

I remember one trip 3 summers ago, taking scouts up to summer camp up near the Iowa border, we had to take a detour with all the flooding, the boys have never seen houses under water with just the roofs sticking out, as we went on our detour we passed a section of one of towns with homeless folks. Real eye opener for the boys.. we ended up discussing how they can help their own community to prevent neighbors being homeless.
