Affresh Stainless Steel Cleaner
Those of you who have been following my blogs for the last couple of?years know that hubby has been systematically renovating the house room by room. ?New electric fixtures complete with stainless steel covers, new stainless steel sink and upgraded stainless one handle?pull down stainless faucet, ?resurfaced cabinets complete with new?stainless hinges and pulls, an added pantry, granite countertops and ?glass tile backsplash tied together with stainless steel edging and trim, new kosher ceramic surface range, new microwave vented?hood combination, and I saved the best for last (so far), stainless?steel Maytag dishwasher with a 100% stainless steel tub interior are?in my remodeled kitchen.
Love ?the place although it is still a project in the works. ?But that is another story…. ?What a joy to cook in! ?What a joy to entertain in! ?But keeping the?sleek, shiny, clean look of stainless steel has not been easy. ?I?tried kitchen cleaners. Result – cloudy film. ?I tried window?cleaners. ?Result – dirt left. ?I tried vinegar and water. ?Same?result. ?Sticky surfaces just do not look clean and cause odor. ?I?even tried other special wipes. ?Not highly economical ?or affective.
Appearance counts so?when asked to try Stainless Steel Cleaner from Affresh, I jumped on the bandwagon immediately. ?Spray bottle of Affresh in hand, time to see the results. ?My initial reaction is, “Hey! ?This smells nice unlike many harsh, toxic chemical?cleaners. ?Fresh plum in a food prep area, how appropo!”
I like the fact that a little goes a long way as I spray it directly on to my all?stainless appliance. ?I notice it doesn’t run?off and stays where it is sprayed. ?Instructions say that no rinsing?is required so I do not rinse. Results – simply amazing. ?I no longer see any fingerprints, smudges or residue. ?Instead I see a streak-free, polished shine.
Can’t stop now. ?I am on a roll. ?Since?my stainless steel dishwasher looks brand-spanking new again, I decide to use it on every ?bit of stainless in the kitchen – moldings,?handles, sink, faucet. ?This time, however, I decide to spray Affresh?on a clean cloth because I do not want to overspray any trimmings.
Wow! ? My stainless steel has never looked better. ?I know ?everything?would pass the white glove hostile mother-in-law visiting test since everything looks?better than new. ?Cleaning time this time around was faster and easier?than ever. ?Wish all my appliances were stainless as cleaning?them with Affresh wouldn’t be ?a yukky chore and absolute drudgery.
A little?goes a long way. ?There is more than enough to do the kitchen again?and maybe even again. ?Catch you next time round for a product update.?A definite two thumbs up for Affresh Stainless Steel Cleaner.
Available through Whirlpool, online, and?at retailers like Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, and Best Buys, the 16?ounce spray bottle of Affresh ?costs around $6.99 average retail?price.
I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of affresh and received product samples and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.
