Focus28 High Protein Diet Foods Review

Since my bariatric surgery, eating has been different. I eat six small snacks or meals, watch my calories, focus on proteins, and cut many carbs. It works for me; however, hubby likes real food like meat and potatoes. That’s why when Focus28 asked me if I would like to try some of its delivered diet meals I grabbed the chance.

I both surprised and pleased at how good the meals and snacks tasted.

The Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar (150 calories, 19 grams carbs, 10 grams protein) sated my sweet tooth.

The Cinna-Crunch ‘n Chocolate (150 calories, 20 grams carbs, 10 grams protein) tasted almost as good as fresh baked cookies.

The Golden Dijon Chips (130 calories, 18 grams carbs, 10 grams protein) was a sweet yet salty nosh, crisp not soggy.

The Pretzel Bows (120 calories, 11 grams carbs, and 12 grams protein) complete with salt are great with any cold one. You choose the beverage.

The Apple ‘n Cinnamon Oatmeal (130 calories, 16 grams carbs, 12 grams protein) was one of the best flavored oatmeals I ever ate. It even tasted as described.

The Zesty Vegetable Chili with Beans (100 calories, 12 grams carbs, 12 grams protein) almost tasted like it was made from scratch. This entree deserves seconds.

All I have left is Chicken with Noodles Soup. I have been saving it for a cold, damp night, but if it is as food as the other things I have eaten then describe it as YUM.

All the items I tried sell for $9.99 (seven packages) except the oatmeal (five packages). Focus28 gives nutrition, portion control, and variety at today’s market prices.

  2. The Focus 28 food pics looks delicious. I’ve tried other diet foods such as nutrisystem and really did’nt like the food. I need to eat more protein and cut back on the carbs myself. I’m 42 and have 2 kids ages 3 and 7, so I need to start focusing on eating healthier so I can be healthy to take care of my kids. Thanks for sharing about Focus 28 as I definitely want to try these products.

  3. I have been eating a low carb diet myself because I wanted to loose weight and get rid of my migraines. Its amazing how eating differently can make you feel better. Good luck and thank you for the review, I think the pretzels look amazing.
