Effective Weight Loss Is A Way Of Life
There is no such thing as quick weight loss. I decided to lose weight and changed my eating habits January, 2009. Eighteen months later I remain on a diet. I know I will have to be conscious of my food choices for the rest of my life. Food supplements, vitamins, minerals, exercise, and water helped make me lose pounds. My immediate goal is losing a few more. My long term one is keeping them off.
