I have been dieting intermittently since the late 60’s. I never lost enough weight after the birth of my firstborn and compounded the problem adding more and more with each of the next three. I consulted with my family doctor. I counted calories. I read books. I ordered tapes for an infomercial. I went to Weight watchers. I went to Lean Line. I went to Jennie Craig. I joined a weight loss group. I even went to a fat doctor who prescribed weight loss pills. Forty years later I am still fat. Last week I had lap-band surgery? because I just want to stop being hungry and start being healthy. What different ways have you tried to lose weight?
