At a recent business gathering, some acquaintances I had not seen in about six months complimented me on my recent weight loss. Since early May I have lost over forty pounds, dropped several clothes sizes, and lost many uncles. Everyone seemed to ask the same question, “How did you do it?” One or two even asked “Which weight loss pills have you been using?” Imagine their astonishment at the reply, “None,” followed by my strategy. Medical intervention, a nutritionist, protein supplements, calcium and vitamins, exercise, plenty of water, and counting calories and monitoring food choices. It is a lifestyle choice I needed to make for myself.
