While online I heard of a form of exercise I was not familiar with – Kettlebell workouts. This is for those of you that may also not be familiar with it. Kettlebells can be used alone or in pairs. ?Made of cast iron, they look ?like a bowling ball or a cannon ball with a handle. They?start at ten pounds and get bigger and bigger. ??Athletes using them have ? built strength, endurance, agility, balance, and muscles. Try kettlebell like the swing, snatch, and jerk for a new kind of weight training.
