An Epic Summer Family Adventure
As we drove through the West, I could see beauty and grandeur in its remoteness from busy city life and its rat race. I found myself wondering what people do for amusement. I checked out some brochures I had picked up in my travels and googled Rocky Mountains and Colorado.
The general area certainly has a lot going on. Whitewater rafting, hiking, mountain climbing, cycling, golf, swimming, skating, skiing, boating, and more…cowboys, buffalo, horses, ghost towns, mines, panning for gold, sunset, and, oops, I cannot forget local shopping–wouldn’t these be great experiences?
Mom Central sent me some information on an all inclusive family style vacation full of activities – the Epic Summer Vacation. Quite a coincidence, isn’t it? For information go to www.epicsummer.com. The adventures take place in Vail Resort and nearby popular outdoor locations like Keystone and include activities such as horseback riding, whitewater rafting and panning for gold.?? The best thing about it is that the itinerary is planned with an insider’s perspective and a local guide is with you step by step on every Colorado Family Adventure. Kids are allowed and prices are reasonable for the four and seven day packages.
I wrote this review while participating in a blog and giveaway campaign by Mom Central (www.MomCentral.com) on behalf of Epic Summer and Vail Resorts. Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate.
