Accepting responsibility

I once was slim. Four kids, lack of exercise, genetics, health issues, and poor eating habits changed that. Today I weigh in 100 pounds heavier and my once ideal for me dream size 11 replaced with a XX 24. Now how do I lose that extra poundage I carry?

Dieting is a good start. Getting more active is another. But I get so hungry….Still I must do whatever I must on my own to solve my problem, There is no one but me to help me. I need to Solo Slim myself and not find excuses.

It’s time for me to take responsibility. I am scheduled for lap band surgery in a few weeks. Hopefully, by this time next year I will be back in shape. I’ll keep you posted on my progress.

    I hope everything goes well for you. It’s so hard. I gained over 50lbs with my son and 70lbs with my daughter. I did finally managed to lose the weight from my son before I got pregnant with my daughter. And I’ve lost about 30 of the 70 so far but it’s like I am stuck, no matter what I do, I can’t seem to get my body to cooperate and get rid of it.
    I’m almost 37 and it always used to be so easy for me to lose weight.
    Anyway, good luck, and I can’t wait to hear about your successes!
