about to enter college. Joe needs to rebuild their relationship.
Using baseball, the pair organize a new baseball league building up
kids with absentee fathers and supposedly with little potential.
Collectively they rebuild their relationship.

Filmimaking Fun

My Opinion Only:
Like the Bonnie Tyler song “Holding Out for a Hero,”, everyone needs a
hero especially today’s boys and girls. In a world where only 45% of
them have lived in an intact family, parents–both moms and dads–must
step up to the plate. Call it good parenting; call it the importance
of being dads and moms NOT friends. I like the way this film
stresses values over the need to win.
