My Opinion Only:
Grandson’s mom had a dental appointment so I had a hungry visitor. He loves sweets. So do I. I realize that he cannot live by bread alone–too many carbs. Special dessert, in moderation, comes only when plates are empty and dinner for all is over. He needs healthy, nutritious foods with real simple, real ingredients, real quick. Lucky my kitchen is stocked with fresh veggies and dip, fresh seasonal melon, PB&J crackers, even Italian ice–but they are snacks. So this old grammy intends make good use of The Best Homemade Kids’ Lunches on the Planet.
