I remember weatherman Tex Antoine’s electric sketches back in the days of corded appliances. Wonder with electronics using so many batteries today what he would doodle. Times certainly have changed, but I bet his Uncle Wethbee would appreciate the Energizer Bunny icon that arrived with the 80′s.
From non-renewable fossil fuels to more environmentally friendly wind, hydroelectric, and solar energy has changed big time as has battery usage. Users once almost 100% plugged more often than not prefer unplugged, wireless. Oh, how cost of AA and AAA batteries that aren’t long lasting mounts up!
Energizer has something for everyone – everyday, rechargeable, and lithium. For years the price tag (cheap) dictated my battery purchased. Then I learned better. I am still frugal; however, I now realize that you pay for is what you get. My budget matters but long lasting lithium is worth any extra pennies for those picture perfect moments. For sure I know I am really ready now. I have lots of places to go, lots of things to do this summer. I don’t want to have my digital camera failed me ever so I’ll be using Energizer® Ultimate Lithium and Energizer® Advanced Lithium in my camera.
Now here is a real Energizer Lithium deal. Buy two packages of specially-marked batteries then get a $10 Prepaid Discover® Gas Rewards* (which can also be used for any merchandise that a retailer who accepts Discover sells) in the mail. It’s easy to redeem your rewards. To redeem, just visit www.facebook.com/energizer and then click on tab for the Lithium Gas Reward. Follow the instructions to input your battery pack codes and a $10 Prepaid Discover® Gas Rewards card will then be mailed to you. The last day to redeem codes is 1/31/12 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
About Energizer® Lithium Batteries:
- Lightweight and perform well in extreme temperatures, from -40° F to 140° F (-40° C to 60° C).
- Energizer® Ultimate Lithium batteries last up to 8x longer** in digital cameras for up to 8X less waste.
- Energizer® Advanced Lithium batteries last up to 4x longer** in digital cameras, 20 hours longer** in wireless gaming accessories and up to 30% longer** in personal audio devices.
WIN IT!
ONE winner will receive a specially-marked package of Energizer® Ultimate Lithium and a package of Energizer® Advanced Lithium batteries.
