I was a typical mother. I thought all my children were smart, beautiful, and potential models and stars. There were so many precious moments I experienced with them and, no, I do not mean the statues.
Since my four range from 43 down to 25, videoing was not easy back in the day. Motion picture cameras were heavy, huge, and bulky and without many of the features taken for granted today like a zoom lens or a light. I would have loved to relive like the times Bunny’s great cheesecake escapade, JP’s Reese candy packaging, ET’s being cut by rude adults waiting in line for Mickey Mouse, and LA’s explaining why he had contraband soda in his hand. Hilarious, unpredictable, rare–unplanned reality.
I wish I had a camera like the Canon PowerShot SX210 IS back then to take both great photos and high definition videos. This camera is so powerful and yet so small Memories keep the past and its people alive and close. Video is a great way to share them with family and friends.
