Several years ago my dentist recommended an electronic toothbrush and I have been using it ever since. It’s great for home; however, it just isn’t convenient to take on trips where luggage is counted, weighed, and paid for. Therefore, I pack a manual one and don’t sweat unpacking it, charging it, or leaving it behind.
Travel bag packed, I just tucked into it an intelligent, kid friendly, Radius Intelligent toothbrush. It is as good as manual can get. It has a built-in two minute timer, a 30 second quadrant timer, a 3 month wear meter, a non-slip re-usable reversible handle for right vs. left handed folks, and a replacement head. Its features are guaranteed to help user timing and technique.
Its big head seemed awkward first try. Then I got used to it. With 65% more tufts on it than ordinary one, its soft bristles are effective both on the outside tooth surfaces and between the teeth themselves. I enjoyed brushing with my Radius Intelligent and plan on continuing to use it. In fact I plan to buy another one to carry 24/7 in my purse. I think one will be worth far more than its $8.99 retail because it will help keep my teeth and gums safe.
The Radius can be found online and in many Whole Foods Markets,, Wild Oats, Duanne Reades, and The Vitamin Shoppes. Go to www.RadiusToothbrush.com for more information.
