My kids will not even miss that sugar. In fact...they think it is gross when you get to the last little half cup in the box and it is PURE crinkled, crusty frosting like DUST! We always toss it! ANd the milk is TOO sweet from the sugar laden cereals, so they almost always toss it out. NO protein or calcium really in THAT meal!! Hurray for General Mills.
