
At Halloween, I watched artists carefully paint the faces of the children who came to celebrate. Butterfly wings, cats whiskers, flower petals beautifully adorned bright, smiling faces. The innocent laughter and giggles was music to the ear of everyone listening. Every now and then a little one stretched, yawned, then rubbed his or her eyes. The dab of a cottonball or wet tissue was the best eye cream for dark circles. Mistake gone, the face was picture perfect once again.
