The Dora the Explorer Talking Digital Camera has been designed as a fully functional first camera for kids four and up. It fits in small hands; it’s easy to hold; and it’s easy to use. Little girls will love it. Too bad there is not a model out for little boys featuring Diego. The Dora one certainly is attractive and colorful. Its three built in vocal phrases make for interactive fun. Won’t Show and Tell be fun for them when they get to see their own first pictures on a laptop or computer?
Sakar’s Dora the Explorer Talking Digital Camera (made by Vivitar) gives a lot for $29.95 MSRP. Powered by 3 AAA batteries (not supplied), this camera has 16MB built-in memory, 120 image capacity, built in flash, and the option of being a webcam. Included with it are a USB cable, software suite, and user manual. The software suite allows children to edit their vdeo by adding music, sound and credits. It also includes storymaking, puppet show and jigsaw puzzle software. The camera works on both Windows and Mac computers.
The Dora The Explorer Talking Digital Camera is available in Toys R Us and other retail stores as well as online.
