Unilever just put out a new product. It is Vaseline Sheer Infusion with Stratys 3 Body Lotion. It comes in three formulas:
- Mineral Renewal - Formula contains enriching minerals found in healthy skin for when your skin feels tired and depleted. Features scent with a blend of crisp pear, fresh bergamot, and the floralcy of apple blossom and white peony with a hint of ginger essence
- Vitamin Burst - Formula contains vitamins B5 and E, for those whose skin needs a boost. Features Ferngully scent including blend of sparkling citrus and red currant berries, pear and rhubarb, and enlivening flowers and spices.
- Botanical Blend - Formula contains botanical cypress extract and eucalyptus extract known for soothing skin benefits. Features sap boost scent with hints of Fiji apple and Chinese mandarin, water lily and stephanotis flowers and Baltic amber and musk
Vaseline Sheer Infusion delivers two times more moisture than leading body lotions. This lotion hydrates the whole skin as it suspends moisture in all three layers of surface skin – top, core, and deep down. Skin cells in the different layers have different needs to stay hydrated. A new moisturizing technology Vaseline created called Stratys 3 employs three ingredients to instill moisture through all layers of surface skin, resulting in better hydrated skin.
I tried the Botanical Blend for a week. Its scent was pleasant, not strong and lingering. I could even use my own perfume after applying it. Furthermore, almost immediately it penetrated my skin and left it not feeling greasy or sticky like many of the glycerin ones do. After trying Botanical for almost a week, I decided it worked. The next one I’m going to try is the Mineral Renewal.
