I have dry hair. I try not to blow dry it or flat iron it every day, since that seems to make it worse. As it happens, the kids rarely give me time to do either of those things anyway. lol.

My 3yo daughter has very curly hair (still trying to figure out where she got it…LOL). It tends to get frizzy very easy. I use a leave in treatment that helps, but isn’t the best solution.

My hair is very dry from highlighting, dyeing, and flatironing. Once a week I put lots of conditioner in my hair, cover with a plastic bag and let it sit for a few hours before rinsing. It helps a little but tends to start drying out again in a few days.

There came a time of life where my hair just became fragile and started to break. It was always fairly fine and thin which is a common trait of blondish hair. Using moisturizing varieties of better shampoos do make a difference.
