GIFT IDEA – WHEN SNOWFLAKES FALL BOARD BOOK BY CARL R. SAMS II & JEAN STOICK
My own children and now my grandchildren are surrounded by books. I hope yours are too. I believe that reading is a lifetime choice which begins at birth and is nurtured through the early years. I also believe that reading begins with the parenting not the formal education. Our young emulate what they see. Every father and mother should read to his or her child from infancy on. FYI. I just read a board book titled When Snowflakes Fall.
About When Snowflakes Fall
When Snowflakes Fall is a new nature board book for toddlers. Little ones learn how animals of the forest find food and stay warm when snowflakes fly.
Toddlers will love its animal pictures of owl, mice, hummingbird, butterfly, chipmunk, deer, woodpecker, and polar bear. The story helps develop listening skills. It is easy for a young developing mind to follow, understand, and enjoy.
Books should be seen, heard, and touched. I myself remember playing safely with a cloth book…no fragile paper pages for uncoordinated tiny hands to tear. Then it was board books, the next step toward independent reading.
When Snowflakes Fall By Carl R. Sams II & Jean Stoick has 14 color pages. It sells for $7.95 and is available for purchase online, along with other children’s nature books.
WIN IT!
ONE winner will receive their own copy of When Snowflakes Fall.
