GIFT IDEA – SCOOTERSNACKS
I’ve had many gourmet treats sent to me in the last year for sampling. The fortune cookies, choc stix, chocolate truffles, chocolate cake, fruit sorbet, and flavored popcorn were all over the top. So when I found myself taking what looked like a meatball out of the Fedex shipped cold pack, naturally I wanted to taste test.
Hubby yelled from across the room, “Don’t do that.”
Now I know I am on a diet, but I don’t like being told what to do. I snapped, “Why not?”
Hubby pointed to the words written on the brown paper bag ScooterSnacks. I remembered the same and stopped. Yes it was meatballs BUT it was not my meatballs. Those .6 ounce baked fresh items were not meant for human consumption. They were meant for dogs. Oh, well, I didn’t need those extra calories….
ScooterSnacks are dog treats made from chicken liver, whole spelt flour, mankula honey, and other natural ingredients like oats, olive oil, wheat germ, and brown rice flour. They are freezable.
I left it to the dogs to decide. Take a look at Roxie and Prince’s reactions. They did tricks, begged, and played for every meatball then wanted more. Neither of them left one tiny crumb morsel. I call that a definite testimonial.
