GIFT IDEA – PLANTRONICS VOYAGER PRO
About the Plantronics Voyager Pro
Pushing the limits of headset technology, the Voyager Pro is the most advanced noise-canceling Bluetooth headset available. Two noise-canceling mics on a boom, AudioIQ² technology with its adaptive 20-band equalizer, and three layers of WindSmart technology ensure that you hear every word and that your voice is heard clearly despite the noise around you. This extremely comfortable, behind-the-ear headset is further proof of Plantronics’ 40-plus years of commitment to headset engineering excellence.
Features include:
- Always-on dual-mic AudioIQ² technology cancels noise while retaining the unique, natural sound of your voice
- Three layers of WindSmart technology–stainless steel mic screens, acoustic fabrics, and an electronic filter–block intrusive wind noise
- Pivoting mic boom lets you wear headset on either ear and optimize the position of the two microphones
- Automatic voice prompts alert battery and mute status
- Up to six hours of continuous talk time, five days of standby from single charge
Here’s another must on the Christmas list for adult and young adult men and women. It is the Plantronics Voyager Pro. It is ideal for cell phone use and internet video gaming. Its bluetooth headset is soft, flexible, and durable. Put its comfortable over-the ear piece with pivoting mic boom behind the ear and start talking. It uses automatic voice prompts and gives up to six hours talk time.
The Voyager Pro incorporates multipoint Windsmart technology in its design. With stainless steel mic screens, acoustic fabric, an electronic filter, and an adaptive 20-band equalizer, the Pro leads its competitors. It blocks wind and cancels noise so conversation is clear and audible.
We tested this both indoors and outdoors and found the sound quality to be very good. The ear piece was sturdy, not flimsy like some of the ones that I’ve looked at.
The Plantronics Voyager Pro bluetooth headset comes with an A/C charger, three soft gel eartips, foam eartip covers, and a user’s guide. It is available online from the manufacturer at www.plantronics.com. It can also be found in major stores including Walmart, Best Buy, Radio Shack, Costco, Fry’s, Staples, Office Depot, Office Max, and Target. It comes with a one year warranty. Its $99.99 tag beats a ticket for driving while talking on a cell phone, doesn’t it?

Wow…very cool you can pair this headset with two devices such as your Smart phone and a personal phone, or a phone and a Bluetooth-enabled device, such as a laptop that you use to make Internet calls. my Hubby would go GA-GA over this as he is a techy guy! Yep, a “nerd” but a CUTE one at that!!
thanks for chance to try this headset! and keep all hands on the wheel…

“The adjustable boom, which allows you to wear the headset on either ear, positions the mics where they can best capture your voice, further enhancing the sound quality. So regardless of whether it’s the din of traffic or the whipping wind that you’re up against, the Voyager PRO will ensure that you and your caller will be heard clearly and sound natural.”
