GIFT IDEA -PEPPER & TANKY
It has been very wet and rainy in the East for several months. That is good for agriculture and reservoirs but bad for us who have dogs. After our best friend comes in from his walk, he has that wet dog smell we all love to hate. Short of grooming him daily, pet owners like us have been stuck with the stink until now. There is a new product on the market, Pepper & Tanky, made just for our favored furry VIP’s.
About Pepper & Tanky
Custom blended in France by a noted parfumer, these cruelty-free fragrances use only the highest quality natural oils and less alcohol than other doggy perfumes or sprays, making them less irritating to sensitive coats and noses, while leaving subtle scent that lasts for days. Recently named ‘Pawfume of the Year’ by Pet Home Magazine, Pepper & Tanky™ has also been featured in Allure, PEOPLEPets, Modern Dog, Doggie Aficionado, The New York Post, and CBS News among others, and counts some of Hollywood’s hottest celebrities as fans.
Pepper and Tanky is custom blended French eau de parfum for dogs formulated from natural oils and less alcohol than similar products. That way it does not irritate coats and sensitive skin, no sneezing or allergic reaction either. Application is easy–spray it on a washcloth or hand then rub it into the coat. No more complaints how doggie stinks. Any nose can discern his definitely more pleasant odor.
Pepper and Tanky is a hypoallergenic, paraben free, cruelty free fragrance. It comes in four scents:
- Vanilla Woof (floral and sweet vanilla)
- Big Dawg (musky bergamot and neroli)
- Peaches ‘n Cream (fruit and floral)
- Puppy Love (bergamot, amber, and jasmine)
Some trial tests on St. Bernard Prince and boxer Roxie, the household pets, improved the air dramatically. It was as if full-haired Prince had jest been groomed. Just loved his Vanilla Woof smell. Ditto for deer skin Roxie. That Puppy Love reminded me of fresh baby powder. The other scents also worked well, but the first two were my favorites.
Too bad, readers. This product is FOR CANINES ONLY; humans need to use something else and so do their cats.
Pepper & Tanky is available at luxury pet boutiques or online at www.pepperandtanky.com. It is sold in a 2 fl. oz. atomizer for $44.00 a bottle.
