GIFT IDEA -MELISSA & DOUG SLICE AND BAKE COOKIE SET
Another great toy under the tree is more Melissa & Doug play food. This time it’s the Slice and Bake Cookie Set. This thirty piece wooden set includes twelve cookies, twelve cookie toppings, an oven mitt, spatula, knife, cookie tray, and cookie tube. It lists for $19.99. Playing with this toy is going to be fun because little ones love to do grownup things like this. It is also going to build fine motor skills and number concepts along the way. The Slice and Bake Cookie Set even has a durable dough tube for storing the serviceable velcro cookies (neat idea, huh). This toy is sturdy and meant to last. Its paint is non-toxic, tested safe, and lead free. I just wish the tube and the 10. 5 X 13.5 X 3.5 inch crate the pieces come in were wood like the rest of the pieces.
To order the Slice and Bake Cookie Set or for information on where these products can be bought in your area, go to www.MelissaAndDoug.com.

I like the Best Friends Forever! Magnetic Dress-Up Play Set. I loved playing with paper dolls when I was young. The paper tabs on the clothes worn out after a while and it was hard to get the clothes to stay on the doll. The magnetic set is great!

I would love to see the Wooden Construction set. I love wood toys…they have so much more character than molded toys.
OUr little Alli would love the Melissa and Doug Cookie set but she’d probably have to fight her little brother for it. Naw…they will share. “Three for me…one for you, four for me, two for you”.
She loves to help bake real ones too and it is MY hobby of sorts.
Very cute set!!
