GIFT IDEA - BUILD-A-BEAR WORKSHOP FROSTY THE SNOWMAN
Gene Audry’s Frosty the Snowman was big, and I was young. How I loved that musical character! Fifty-eight years later he lives on in the hearts and minds of childlike believers like me and maybe you.
Build a Bear Workshop has put out its own stuffed version of Frosty just in time for the 2009 holiday season. Opening the package of the Build-A-Bear Frosty The Snowman brought me back to 1950. I must say I just love him. Pipe, button nose, eyes of coal, pipe, broom stick, he is complete right down to his hat that lights up and makes those magic sounds. He looks just like the song describes except soft white fuzzy has replaced snow for obvious reasons.
Frosty is sure to be a must have this year. He is entertaining, interactive, and can be personalized. He lists at $30.00 before extras. Companion pieces (friend Karen, Professor Hinkle, rabbit Hocus Pocus, a train) are also available.

Guests who visit a Build-A-Bear Workshop store enter a recognizable and distinctive teddy bear themed environment consisting of eight stuffed animal-making stations: Choose Me, Hear Me, Stuff Me, Stitch Me, Fluff Me, Dress Me, Name Me and Take Me Home.
