Hubby was out late again one night last week with another woman, our daughter. They were packing up the RV for the family trip to the Glen. I had prepared everything for supper except the grilling–hubby’s job. I couldn’t wait any longer to eat. So instead of illegally snacking, I took a GoPicnic meal out of the kitchen cabinets. I was surprised by the quality, variety, and balance of flavors in this ready-to-eat meal. It had all natural ingredients; it was also gluten free. Its ingredients include no transfats, MSG, or high fructose corn syrup. Nutritionally its net total was 350 calories, 36 grams carbohydrates, and 18 grams protein.
